Full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 10): Bedroom 1 (Upstairs): King bed with access to a shared porch overlooking the coastline and private bathroom. Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): Queen bed with access to a shared porch. Bedroom 3 (Upstairs): Queen bed with access to a shared porch. Bedroom 4 (Downstairs): One Full/Full bunk bed and one Twin/Twin bunk bed, with its own private porch. Outdoor Living: Private back porch with a hammock and oversized beach chairs. Private, fenced grass yard that opens directly onto the sand for true beachfront living. Ground floor patio with a large picnic table, a private charcoal BBQ grill, and a private outdoor shower. Our back porch can adapt to any mood you're feeling! Gently rock back and forth in the ocean breeze while laying in the hammock or take a seat and have a laugh around some good company in one of our oversized beach chairs. On the ground floor we have a large picnic table perfect for the whole family along with a private outdoor shower. Feel comfortable taking your pup outside or let your little ones play safely in our fenced grass yard that sits right in front of the beach!

Direct Beach Access: This home is beachfront. The entrance to the public beach is just a 3 minute walk away, allowing for easy coming and going. Parking Caution: Please be cautious when parking larger vehicles like trucks or large SUVs between the pilings, as the space is tight. You may need to collapse your side mirrors for a safe fit. Pet-Friendly: We are happy to welcome your furry friends to enjoy the beach with you! The fenced yard provides a great space for them to play safely.
